About A Seeker’s Path
A Seeker’s Path to Ascension is a structured, self-paced educational journey designed to support reconnection — to body, breath, clarity, and personal responsibility.
The work draws on breathwork, meditation, embodied practices, and disciplined self-inquiry, offering a grounded framework for reflection, integration, and conscious life direction.
The course is guided by Anthony Gleno Mac, a holistic counsellor, AOD clinician, meditation teacher, and breathwork coach, whose lived experience and professional background informed the creation of this work.
This program is educational in nature and intended for personal growth and self-development. It is not therapy, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, take responsibility for their wellbeing, and seek appropriate external support where needed.
About the Author
Anthony Gleno Mac is the creator of A Seeker’s Path to Ascension.
This work was born not from theory, but from lived experience — years spent navigating addiction, disconnection, and the slow process of rebuilding a relationship with self, body, and Source.
Through that journey, Anthony came to understand that addiction is not the core issue — disconnection is. Disconnection from self. From truth. From the body. From purpose. From meaning.
Rather than offering quick fixes or motivational promises, A Seeker’s Path to Ascension was created as a structured, grounded path — one that integrates awareness, embodiment, discipline, and responsibility. The focus is not on escaping pain, but on learning how to meet it, move through it, and transform it into clarity and strength.
Anthony speaks from experience, not theory. He walked through pain, addiction, and disconnection — and on the other side, built a method that turns struggle into structure and suffering into strength. His work is embodied first, then refined through discipline.
He has worked with individuals and groups across personal development, embodiment practices, and recovery-focused spaces, supporting people to reconnect with themselves in practical, sustainable ways. His approach is direct, grounded, and experiential — designed for those ready to take responsibility for their own growth.
Through this work, Anthony teaches that healing is not something done to you — it is something done by you. His approach brings together breath, focus, and ritual into practical pathways for transformation.
A Seeker’s Path to Ascension is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you already are — and learning how to live from that place with consistency, integrity, and self-trust.
“You were never broken — only disconnected.
Breathe. Anchor. Rise.”
