Access & Login

How do I log in?

Use the same email address you used at checkout.
Go to the Login page and enter your email and password.


I forgot my password

Click “Forgot Password” on the Login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.


Do I need a different email?

No. You must use the same email address used during checkout to access your account.

If you can’t find your login or receipt email, please check your spam or junk folder.


How does login, payment, and course access work?

Once you create your account, everything happens in this order:

  • Log in using the same email address you used at checkout

  • After logging in, you’ll be taken to your account / course dashboard

If you haven’t purchased yet:

  • Click the course

  • Click the purchase / enrol button

  • Complete payment at checkout

If you have already purchased:

  • Clicking the course will take you directly into the course

Inside the course, simply click “Start Learning” to begin at Step 1.

Your access and progress will then be saved automatically.


Why do I need to log in before paying?

Your login connects:

  • Your payment

  • Your course access

  • Your progress tracking

This ensures:

  • You don’t lose access

  • Your progress is saved

  • You can return anytime during your access period

Where do I start?

Once logged in, click “Start Learning” to begin at Step 1.


Will my progress be saved?

Yes. Your progress is automatically saved as you complete each step.


How long do I have access?

You receive 13 months of access from the date of purchase.

I’ve paid but can’t access the course

Make sure you are logged in using the same email address used at checkout.


Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically after purchase.


My payment failed or didn’t go through

Please try again.
If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider.

Please note:
Refunds are only available within 72 hours of purchase and before Step 3 is accessed.

All time-based policies are calculated using Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).


Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes — but only within a short window.

Refunds may be requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided Step 3 of the course has not been accessed.


How much of a refund will I receive?

Approved refunds are issued at 70% of the purchase price.

The remaining 30% is retained to cover processing fees, platform costs, and immediate access to protected content.


How is refund eligibility calculated?

Refund eligibility is based on the exact date and time of purchase.

Requests made outside the 72-hour window cannot be approved.


Why is there a refund limit?

This program is delivered immediately and includes protected content.
Once the course has been accessed beyond the early stages, refunds are no longer possible.


I missed the refund window — what can I do?

If the 72-hour window has passed or Step 3 has been accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
Please read the course description and refund terms carefully before purchasing.


I didn’t mean to buy it — can you reverse it?

If the purchase was accidental, contact us immediately within 72 hours.
Requests are reviewed based on time of purchase and course access.


I was overwhelmed and didn’t see this information

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The exact date and time of purchase

Refund eligibility is strictly based on the exact purchase time.
