2. Nature of the Program

A Seeker’s Path to Ascension is an online educational program provided for informational and personal development purposes only.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. Course Access & Availability

Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the course content for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of purchase.

After the 13-month access period expires, access to the course and all associated materials will automatically terminate unless otherwise stated in writing.

Access is provided for individual use only. Sharing login details, redistributing content, or allowing third-party access is strictly prohibited.

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own actions, reactions, decisions, and outcomes
  • You choose how deeply you engage with the material
  • You may pause, slow down, or discontinue practices at any time

You agree not to hold the course creator, facilitators, or associated entities liable for any outcomes related to your participation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within this course — including videos, audio, text, exercises, frameworks, rituals, teachings, and branding — is the intellectual property of Anthony Gleno Mac.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content
  • Record or screen-capture course materials
  • Teach or resell the methods in part or in full

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • These Terms of Use are violated
  • Content is shared or redistributed
  • The course is used in bad faith or in a way that harms others or the integrity of the work

7. Modifications
